Founded in 1822, we ceased trading around 1990, but are now back, and again in private family ownership, with a mission to produce many old-favourite recipes - and some new ones - for you to enjoy on those occasions ‘when taste matters’.

This year we exhibited at the ISM 2009 trade show in Cologne, and our products were very well-received. Thank you to all who came to the stand to see us, and especially to those who braved the snow in the UK to travel to Cologne.

We shall also be exhibiting at the IFE trade show at the ExCel centre, London, in March 2009, where we shall have samples of our newest range of products available. We look forward to seeing you there.
