"Taste" is the concept that drives all our product development. We want our products to taste wonderful, be unique and packaged better than others.

We’re not afraid to use butter, where that helps to make a biscuit melt in the mouth. Anyway, who likes hydrogenated vegetable oil?

We’d rather go the the Caribbean for our black treacle and use real ground spices, than use an artificial flavour or ingredient. When we add an ingredient we like a generous helping of it; so our Knobbles have more butter than any other ingredient and 16% rolled oats.

We want to make and sell biscuits like "they used to be", not like most of the cheap, bland ones in supermarkets today. When it comes to our Christmas Pudding, we honestly believe you won’t find a better one anywhere. With 7% brandy we did dozens of taste-tests to get the recipe right!

And as for our packaging, we reckon you won’t find better looking packs anywhere. So go on, try them...!
